Changi Airport- Terminal 3

Went to the new Terminal 3 Open House on its first day.

Nothing very impressive except the technology used. There's this cool shades thingy that turns automatically according to the intensity of the sun and its position etc. to maximise the amount of light that enters the terminal.

Shades thingy at the ceiling.

It's obvious that they are like trying to create this very close-to-nature kinda feel. But I'd prefer a much cutting-edge and sophisticated terminal.

And of course, suayness of all suayness recently, a sign from God that im still suayed. Check out my ticket number. 444. DIEDIEDIE. Maybe I shouldn't even be thinking of going Thailand.

In case any kind souls' concerned about me, like what naughty things i've been up to, I've been guai and reading this book- Freakonomics.

Rather interesting book with lots of lame stuff and questions. Basically, the author managed to come up with links, economically, with things that you never thought could be related. Like how abortion was linked to crimes. Interested anyone? The book's up for rent- 20 bucks a week.

Another Normal Day.

Life's getting boring.

Woke up early for tuition today, then stupid teacher made me wait for 1 entire hour and made me SUPER LATE for training. In the end had to cab there which costs me a freaking 20 bucks!! ARGHHH!!!

Training was fun- Lotsa fun and challenging routes from Rong Hui. Got to try out my dragon. Didn't exactly felt that bad but still need time to get use to it i guess and fully exploit its POWERS! Muahahahahaha. I love it.

I need to sneak myself to Krabi man.

Superficiality.

Before all. Check this zeng zeng out.

Shioktitude.

Alright moving on, topic today is on the superficiality of the world.

Why is this world so SUPERsuperficial? Schools, friends, random passersby, even family. It's all getting on me man which is bad. People only like to hear the good things? (like the radio fm advert?) Woolgathering and ignorance is the most blissful thing on earth now. Even though i know that it isn't suppose to be! Oh well. Go listen to your favourite song now.

Religion.

What is a religion?

A religion is a set of common beliefs and practices generally held by a group of people, often codified as prayer, ritual, and religious law.

Religion also encompasses ancestral or cultural traditions, writings, history, and mythology, as well as personal faith and mystic experience.

The term "religion" refers to both the personal practices related to communal faith and to group rituals and communication stemming from shared conviction.

Does everybody need a religion?
Is it fair to be born into the religion of your parents?

Alrights you're right- I am bored.

Project Work

Oh yeah PW is finally OVER!!!

My gosh the feeling's great. Finally there's like one night I am relaxing and not doing anything pw-ish.

But end of PW = start of mugging for RPs. -.- This is seriously saddening. Something's wrong with my life. I need to change it once and for all.

Angel in Disguise

On my way to school today, I was having a really bad cough. Then on the train, this man sitting beside me offered me strepsils! OMG I was so shocked lah. Perhaps he was an angel in disguise. Never ever thought that anyone would be so kind enough to do such things these days. He totally made my day. So, thank you for the sweet and hope that somehow you'll get to my blog and tag on it!

Next up is the IP Symposium. This year's symposium is totally arghable. Actually the invitation cards already tell alot- Weird colour combination which is totally... weird! i.e. screwed up. Very few people and just alot of bad stuff. Didn't even manage to like take a few shots of parents talking to teachers etc.

This guy shouldn't be like slouching on his chair when others are presenting. It's basic courtesy.

But what was good was that managed to catch up with alot of teachers- Ms Ong, Ms Toh, Mr Koh, Mr Lam, Mrs Cheng! It was really nice talking to them again. Mrs Cheng and Mr Koh looked really relaxed and happy with their lives now as compared to ip teachers like Ms Toh. It's like totally different- someone who's alive and really happy and someone who's barely alive, almost dead, totally unhappy.

Me, Karen and Pong Pong.

I guess it's good thing to see people "moving on" with their lives. I mean a change can make your life so much happier then why not? Move on and live your dreams. I guess that's something I could learn today. James is like doing pedagogy for exceptionally intelligent people in RJC and also their business wing. Really cool I guess cos he gets to see students bend spoons with their minds alone.

Mr Yang + Ms Toh + Ms Low + Mrs Jay + someone else is leaving. VIP will never be the same again. There's gonna be lots of VS ip coming in again next year- could be a good thing or a bad one, only time can tell.

After which got pangsehed by V11 somehow, went to makan with yeejek and xiaoyi. Then went back to school to help louis with his video. Went up 25 storeys to the rooftop which was really damn scary cos there are like people living there and lots of werid sounds coming from nowhere. But managed to climb in and had a really good time there watching the sunset, light photography, enjoying the strong breeze.

I love watching the sunset.
